Which one should you visit?

Chiikawa Ramen Buta

Chiikawa Ramen Buta is a ramen restaurant based on the "talked-about ramen shop" in the Chiikawa story, run by PARCO. Ramen comes in three sizes, Mini, Small and Large, and the SHIBUYA PARCO page lists them from 1,540 yen to 1,980 yen. The PARCO CAFE shop list shows three restaurants open in Japan, each for a limited time with no end date announced yet:

Chiikawa Mogumogu Honpo

Mogumogu Honpo is a Chiikawa shop run by Terakoya, set on old sightseeing streets. Its official site lists three shops, each with goods you can only buy there:

The shops normally let people in as they arrive, but they may limit entry or hand out numbered tickets on busy days and announce advance booking on X. For example, for October 10 to 12, 2026, the Fushimi shop used all-day entry booking through its LINE account from 8 p.m. the day before. You had to apply within 30 km of the shop with location turned on, enter once per day, and show the ticket on the same phone (screenshots weren't accepted).

Busy days: how entry tickets work

Getting in on a busy day How entry works at Chiikawa shops on busy days 1. Most days you can walk in, first come. 2. On busy days, shops may use advance booking by lottery or first come, often through LINE. 3. Book and show the ticket on your own phone; screenshots may not be accepted. 4. Arrive at the time on the ticket. 5. A ticket gets you in, but it doesn't promise that the goods you want are still in stock. 1Most days: walk in 2Busy days: book ahead 3Use your own phone 4Come at the ticket time 5Goods may still sell out
Based on the official pages of Chiikawa Land, Chiikawa Ramen Buta and Mogumogu Honpo (checked October 13, 2026). Each shop announces its own rules for each period.

Chiikawa Land shops also use timed entry when big crowds are expected. For example, for March 7 to 10, 2025, the OSAKA UMEDA shop took entry applications by lottery through LINE: one application per person per day, tickets that couldn't be passed to anyone else, and a ticket valid for 1 hour. Every operator says the same thing: a ticket lets you in, but it doesn't promise you can buy a given item. Check the shop's page and its X account a few days before you go, especially around new releases and holidays.

Shopping tips

Avoiding fakes and fake accounts

Character goods are often copied, so buy at the official shops above, at the stores on the official list, or on Chiikawa Market. Unofficial "bargains" from unknown sellers may be fakes. In December 2025 Chiikawa Market also warned about fake accounts that copy its logo and send "you won a campaign" messages with links. The official accounts are @chiikawa_market on X and Instagram, @chiikawa_market_tiktok on TikTok and @198xtogr on LINE; don't click links in messages from other accounts.
